cpit comparit GmbH is an IT service and technology-providing company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2023 we have been located with a company branch in Prishtina. cpit comparit GmbH offers an open platform for insurance comparisons and application processes. Our goal is to provide the best software for the insurance industry, precise comparisons, digital processes, and state-of-the-art technology. Therefore we rely on innovative technologies and highly committed employees in Germany and Kosovo.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR & Office Administration professional to take ownership of our people operations and day-to-day office management in our Prishtina office — and to act as a reliable bridge between our teams in Kosovo and Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruiting support, onboarding, contracts, employee files, and offboarding in close coordination with our HQ in Hamburg
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees in all HR-related matters (contracts, leave, time tracking, certificates, internal policies)
  • Coordinate office operations in Prishtina: suppliers, facility management, equipment, travel bookings, and visitor reception
  • Prepare and process administrative paperwork in close cooperation with our accountants, tax advisors, and authorities in Kosovo and Germany
  • Support our finance team
  • Plan and organize team events, business trips, and visits to our headquarters in Germany
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal processes, templates, and documentation

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in business administration, human resources, office management, or a comparable qualification, with 5+ years of professional experience in HR, administration, or office management
  • German language skills at C1 level (written and spoken) are mandatory — daily communication with our HQ and Customers is in German
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and administrative workflows; experience with an international or multi-site setup is an advantage
  • Confident handling of common HR / office tools; comfortable adopting new digital tools
  • Highly structured, discreet, and reliable working style with a strong service mindset
  • Ability to work independently, innovate, and bring new ideas
